This site will work differently than any other job search site. Programmers can search for jobs, and people
that are looking for programmers can search for programmers. That's where the similarity ends. Each side will get
highlights of the information, but not contact data. If the client decides he wants the full resume and contact
data, he must pay the fee. When he pays the fee, the programmer gets a portion of it, whether he gets the job or
not!!!
